Zvago St. Anthony Park is an award winning 49-unit cooperative housing community nestled into the landscape of property that had previously been a part of the Luther Seminary campus. The realized cooperative reflects historic characteristics of adjoining Luther Seminary buildings, while preserving the recently delineated historic site of Muskego Church which sits on a plateau overlooking Zvago St. Anthony Park. The project is the culmination of a more than 3-year endeavor working with the local neighborhood to position and design a building that weaves together important community values and supports on-going physical and relational connections within the neighborhood fabric.
