Lifestyle Cooperative Management is an affiliate of Lifestyle Communities, LLC. We are a passionate group of professionals that have been developing, financing and managing cooperative communities under a variety of cooperative brands throughout the Midwest and beyond for more than 30 years.
Lifestyle Cooperative Management was created in February 2024 to ensure not only exceptional performance of typical property management duties, but also to further the original intent of what makes cooperative living so marvelous — and we do it all in-house.
To us, a deep understanding of the cooperative lifestyle, member experiences and expectations, and the joy of being a vital part of a true community of owners is carried into the opening of each co-op location.
There is also a need for a constant thread of ongoing, supportive management in each cooperative community. Our experienced team of professionals endeavors to provide value and expertise to members as we earn their business over the long term.
At Lifestyle Communities Management, our passion, expertise, resources and value-add mentality will exceed any other unrelated third-party management company. Our company credo, “We do the right things the right way for the right reasons,” is experienced through our management of these wonderful cooperative communities.
We truly have a vested interest in the success of the cooperatives we manage, and in the lives of the members that call our communities home.
