Realife Cooperative of West Saint Paul is the result of a joint venture coordinated by Nichols bringing both cooperative housing and for-sale townhomes to a landmark site in a mature and fully developed suburban community. Additionally, Nichols brought a new architectural team to this opportunity to rethink some of the community spaces that had not been fully optimized on prior cooperative developments.
